You and your family are going on vacation and you plan on renting a car.   Your 19 year old son will be going with you who, per the rental company’s contract, can not drive the vehicle unless he is 25 years or older.   However during the course of the vacation, without giving it much thought, you ask your son to go to the store to get a couple things for dinner.  On the way back the son is involved in an accident in which he is at fault.    Will your personal auto policy provide liability coverage for damage to the rental car and the other party involved?
