Warwick, NY – March 21, 2005

Seely & Durland has received the 2004 Outstanding Business Building Renovation Award from the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce for the complete renovation of their facility at 13 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. The objective of the nine month project was to retain the original look and charm of the historic Victorian home that houses Seely & Durland Inc., while creating an up-to-date office to better serve customers.

“We thank the Chamber for this award,” stated Garrett Durland, “as well as our staff and customers for their patience during the renovation period. We’d also like to thank the vendors who worked with us, Merrick Construction and KP Home Builders, for their excellent work and ideas. We invite the public to stop by and see our new offices.”

Garrett, Stuart and Ken Durland received a plaque commemorating the award at a recent Chamber meeting.
